The Filey Fishing Festival is a popular and very valuable annual event at Filey, not only is it the culmination of the angling calendar, it provides a lot of interest and enjoyment to competitors and visitors alike. Here are some snapshots from the competition on Wednesday September 7th and Thursday the 8th, which was sponsored by Holdsworth's Amusements and Cafe Latte. No claims for photographic merit are given, and no captions are included as they serve to give a flavour of the weighing in, and the presentations.
