THE PROPERTY OWNERS
2 a. The Property Owners will issue a holiday confirmation form with receipt for moneys paid.
On issue of holiday confirmation a binding contract shall exist between the property owners and the Holidaymakers and subject to these booking conditions.
b. The Balance of the rental charge shall be paid 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the commencement of the holiday. The due date is stated clearly in the holiday confirmation form sent to the Holidaymaker. If the balance as not been received by the due date, an overdue reminder letter will be issued to the Holidaymaker and a charge of £10 will be added to the balance due. If the balance is still not received. The Property Owners reserves the right to cancel the holiday Booking and forfeit the deposit paid by the Holidaymaker and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim against the Property Owners for compensation or reimbursement what so ever.
c. Booking forms:- our telephone booking received by the Property Owners in respect of holidays due to commence within 6 weeks thereafter must be accompanied by payment of the rental charge for the Holiday period in full.
CHANGES BY THE HOLIDAY MAKER
3. Immediately upon receipt of the holiday confirmation from the property owners, the Holidaymaker should check the details and notify the Property Owners immediately of any correction as soon as possible. The Property Owners reserve the right to charge a holiday booking amendment fee in such circumstances.
CANCELLATION BY THE HOLIDAYMAKER
4a. The Holidaymaker should notify the Property Owners immediately and in writing of any intention to cancel the holiday booking.
The cancellation only takes effect when the Property Owners have received written confirmation from the Holidaymaker.
b. If the Property Owners is unable to re-let the holiday accommodation for the period of the cancelled holiday, all moneys paid by the Holidaymaker to the Property Owners shall be forfeited to the property owners.
c. If the holiday accommodation is re-let, moneys received by the Property Owners for the re-let holiday, less the deposit already paid by the Holidaymaker, will be refunded to the Holidaymaker within 2 weeks after the re-let holiday has taken place.
d. No refunds will be given on cancelled Short Break holidays, whether or not the holiday accommodation is re-let.
e. Holiday cancellation insurance is not provided by the Property Owners and is not included in the price of the holiday.
All Holidaymakers are recommended to take independent advice on appropriate holiday insurance.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS.
5. In the event of the Property Owners being unable to arrange the holiday accommodation requested by the Holidaymaker, the Property Owners shall endeavor to arrange alternative dates.
If this is not acceptable to the Holidaymaker and the Holidaymaker so advises the Property Owners within 7 days of receiving the holiday confirmation form, the Property Owners shall refund the deposit to the Holidaymaker.
6. Whilst to the best of the Property Owners knowledge the details relating to the property described in the property owners brochure were correct at the time of printing, the property owners reserves the right to make alterations to the brochure at any time and shall endeavor to inform the Holidaymaker of any such alterations.
The Property Owners cannot accept responsibility for any changes or closures to area amenities or attractions mentioned in the brochure.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOLIDAYMAKER
7. During the period of the holiday, the Holidaymaker under takes the following.
a. That the number of people occupying the property will not exceed the number stated on the booking form. If it does the Property Owners can refuse to allow the Holidaymaker to take possession of the property or make the Holidaymaker leave the accommodation before the end of the holiday. If this happens the Property Owners shall treat the holiday as been cancelled by the Holidaymaker and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim against the property owners for compensation or reimbursement what so ever.
b. That the property will be used solely for the purpose of a holiday by the Holidaymaker and is party.
c.If the Holidaymaker abuses the property or displays dangerous, offensive or rude behavior to the property owners or any third party’s (e.g. neighbors), the Property Owners as the right to ask the Holidaymaker to leave the accommodation before the end of the holiday. If this happens the property owners shall treat the holiday as been cancelled by the Holidaymaker and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim against the Property Owners for compensation or reimbursement .
d. To allows the Property Owners access to the property at any reasonable time during the period of the holiday.
e. To keep the property and all furniture, utensils, equipment, fixtures and fittings in or on the property in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday and to ensure that at the end of the holiday the property is left in the same state or order
And cleanliness in which it was found. The Property Owners reserve the right to levy and additional charge for any extra cleaning required after the Holidaymakers occupancy.
f. To report as soon as possible to the property owners any breakages or damage caused by the Holidaymaker during the holiday and to reimburse the Property Owners with the cost of replacement.
The Property Owners reserves the right to make a claim against the Holidaymaker for repair or loss as a result of damage caused.
g. To notify all other members of the Holidaymakers party of these conditions.
h. To arrive after 3p.m. on the arrival day and to vacate the property by 10a.m. on the day of departure unless prior arrangement as been agreed with the Property Owners.
8a. One pet is allowed at the property.
The Property Owners can refuse to allow the Holidaymaker to take possession of the property or make the Holidaymaker leave the accommodation before the end of the holiday. If this happens the Property Owners shall treat the holiday as been cancelled by the Holidaymaker and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim against the Property Owners for compensation or reimbursement what so ever.
b. The Holidaymaker is liable for all damage caused by their pet. The Holidaymaker should remove all traces
(Inside and out) from the property of pet occupation before final departure. The Property Owners reserves the right to levy and additional charge for any extra cleaning required after the Holidaymakers occupancy.
c. The Holidaymaker must not allow their pet on beds or furniture within the property.
d. The pet must not be left alone in the property at anytime.
e. If the Holidaymaker breaks this condition, the Property Owners as the right to ask the Holidaymaker to desist. If the Holidaymaker fails to do so the Property Owners can take action described in 8 (a).
9. The Property Owners shall accept no liability to the Holidaymaker for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to the Holidaymaker or to the Holidaymakers personal property.
